Why is it called Lollapalooza?

Lollapalooza was begun in 1991 by Perry Farrell as a multi city venue for his band’s farewell tour. Lollapalooza is an ancient term that means “extraordinarily impressive,” was allegedly chosen by Farrell after he heard it in a Three Stooges movie.
